Michael L. Stark co-founded Stark & Knoll in 1985 and is a partner in its Estate Planning & Probate Group. Mike is a leader in the area of estate planning and probate and has been advising clients in these areas for more than 30 years. Mike is the creator of the Ohio State Bar Associations Continuing Legal Education series, “Nuts and Bolts of Wills and Trusts.” He is also experienced in the area of mergers and acquisitions where he has represented numerous clients in the sale of their business.
