Joseph E. Palmer, Director of S&K Transitional Services, has more than thirty years of experience in the financial industry where he served as President of Moore Stephens Corporate Finance and previously MCS partner of Moore Stephens Apple.

An author of two books and multiple deal-based articles, Joe is a respected advisor to business owners in the merger and acquisition arena. Through the years, he has advised both buyers and sellers of businesses in industries going through consolidation. He specializes in advising owners of businesses with a revenue range between $10 and $100 million and has been the lead financial advisor on over 70 transactions totaling over one-billion dollars.

Joe received his Bachelor and Master's degrees from the University of Akron.
