Michael L. Stark, Director of S&K Transitional Services, is a veteran of the mergers and acquisitions industry with more than 45 years of experience.

As a co-founder of Stark & Knoll, Co., L.P.A., throughout his career Mike has negotiated employment contracts, profit sharing plans and other agreements for local and national businesses. His knowledge encompasses a broad experience as a legal advisor to buyers and sellers of privately owned companies throughout the country.

Mike has participated in over 100 mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and is a former principal of StarPalm Merger and Acquisition Services. He is a co-author of How to Sell Your Privately Owned Company. For more than 20 years, Mike has been an Adjunct Professor, Masters of Taxation, at The University of Akron, has been named by Law and Politics Magazine as an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2005 and been named to Best Lawyers in American for twenty consecutive years.

Born in Watsek, Illinois, Mike is a graduate of Miami University in 1958, cum laude (Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Beta Kappa, Beta Alpha Psi, Omicron Delta Kappa) and from the University of Indiana in 1961, with a Juris Doctor.
