and brought all information creation and retention into a central database for efficient document
management. Today, hundreds of thousands of documents are stored, indexed and archived in
our database. Any attorney at Stark & Knoll can mine this database for relevant information using
a wide variety of search and management tools.
Convenient Internet access. We have recently implemented Internet browser-based access
to our database for properly authorized users. This allows us to offer you secure Internet
access to documents associated with your file. Likewise, our attorneys can access the
database from any location with an Internet connection.
Virtual deal rooms. Our new electronic "workroom" gives you an important new way to streamline
document transfer and collaboration during a transaction. Individuals with the proper authorization
can use a virtual deal room to retrieve, edit and send documents and for text conferencing, file
sharing and polling.
