Angelina Gingo is an associate attorney in Stark & Knoll’s Litigation Group. Angelina joined Stark & Knoll in 2025 bringing broad experience from her established private practice, as well as a regional law firm. Angelina represents and advises businesses and individual clients on matters ranging from governmental liability, products liability, construction litigation, and employment litigation.
Among recent successes, Angelina has defended a major Ohio municipality in a high-profile wrongful death case involving a police pursuit. She has advocated for clients at the Sixth Circuit, state courts of appeals, and is an experienced trial attorney. Angelina has successfully represented immigration clients in family-based, employment-based (including professional athletes and actors), and asylum matters. Her approach is detailed, strategic, creative, and ever-mindful of her client’s goals.
Locally, Angelina was selected for the 2025 Class of Ladder Down Cleveland, a leadership, business development, and mentoring program for women lawyers. She has been involved in the Akron Bar Association and Foundation, serving as the Coordinator of the Red Mass during the Annual Law Week since 2014. In 2017, she was selected for the Spotlight Program for Leadership Stark County and the Akron Bar Association’s Leadership Academy.
A northeast Ohio native, Angelina currently resides in Wadsworth with her husband, Marco LaNave.
