Catherine E. Kemp is an associate in Stark & Knoll’s Business Services Group and its Estate Planning & Probate Group. Cathy assists with a wide range of general business and corporate law matters, as well as counseling individuals in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate administration.
EXPERIENCE
Cathy first joined Stark & Knoll as an attorney in 1994 and was honored to have the opportunity to rejoin the firm in January of 2026. Prior to returning to Stark & Knoll, Cathy worked at Akron Community Foundation establishing new funds and assisting donor-advised fundholders with their philanthropic grantmaking.
