Akron, Ohio - June 26, 2013 – The business law firm of Stark & Knoll is pleased to announce the addition of Kathleen A. Hahner as an attorney in its Litigation & Employment Group.
Hahner will handle civil litigation, employment and other issues faced by business owners throughout Northeast Ohio. Through the firm’s employment and labor practice she will advise local businesses and their owners about discrimination, wrongful discharge and retaliation claims as well as counsel clients regarding their personnel issues to proactively help them avoid costly litigation. Additionally, Hahner will litigate cases involving business torts, subrogation issues, products liability matters, insurance coverage and employment disputes.
Hahner is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and received her law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Her previous legal experience includes cases involving products liability, retail collection and subrogation.
