See how Stark & Knoll Attorneys have helped their clients throughout Northeast Ohio in recent months...

Ralph Waszak successfully appeared before a local board of zoning appeals regarding an area variance where he persuaded the board to deny the proposed variance.

Attorney Christopher Tipping successfully obtained dismissal of multi-party personal injury and property damage litigation in Fairfield County alleging negligence on behalf of our client. The Court’s order of dismissal fully exonerated our client from any liability or monetary exposure.

Jim Rench and Greg Bean successfully assisted a local business owner in planning and executing a succession and estate plan in advance of the year-end 2012 expiration of the Bush-era tax cuts.

Business Service Group Attorney, Donald Scherer, represented the buyer in the purchase of an online dietary supplement distributor.

John Susany obtained pre-judgment attachment of $350,000 against a defendant. Pre-judgment attachment essentially freezes a defendant’s assets before the case is even tried to ensure that the money will be there if the plaintiff can prevail. That type of relief is extremely rare and courts are always reluctant to grant it. In this case, Susany convinced the court that it was necessary to protect Stark & Knoll’s client.

Christopher Tipping successfully secured dismissal of a case in Summit County involving a Lessor/Lessee dispute, protecting our client from any liability or monetary losses.
