Jordan M. Kerner is an Associate Attorney in Stark & Knoll, L.P.A.’s Business Services Group and its Litigation and Employment Group. Jordan assists with a variety of litigation and business matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, deposition and trial preparation, and drafting corporate governance and general business documents.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jordan spent three years with the firm as a Legal Assistant and one year as a Law Clerk while attending law school part-time in the evenings. Through these roles, she gained extensive experience in civil litigation procedures, case management, court filings, legal drafting, and trial preparation prior to her admission to the Ohio Bar in 2026.
