Kathleen A. Fox is a Partner in Stark & Knoll's Litigation & Employment Group. Kathy has experience litigating a variety of cases, including those involving business disputes, employment issues, trade secrets, and subrogation matters. Kathy also consults with clients about hiring/firing decisions and drafting employment policies. She was also part of the team that successfully appealed a wage and hour decision to the Ohio Supreme Court regarding minimum wage requirements for outside sales individuals.
