Lewis ‘Trey’ E. Bennett III is a partner and group chair in Stark & Knoll’s Estate Planning & Probate Group. Trey focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, wealth transfer and succession planning, special needs planning, Medicaid planning, trust and probate administration, guardianship, and trust and probate litigation.
